Dr. Robert is a retired Federal scientist whose trading experience with the Thrift Savings Plan provided the inspiration for the RobertChart(TM) analysis.  He has more than 35 years’ experience as a professional research scientist in industry and the Federal Government, plus adjunct teaching experience at the graduate level.  He holds degrees in mathematics and physics through the Ph.D., and has published hundreds of research papers and presentations.  He previously served as Chairman of a Technical Division of the ASME, and is currently an active working member of the Technology and Investor Risk Committees of the IAFE.
